As one of the two organizations facilitating and benefiting from the Service Credit Union Boston – Portsmouth Air Show, the Daniel Webster Council of the Boy Scouts of America is uniquely familiar with the value of responsibility.
In fact, the Daniel Webster Council of the Boy Scouts of America is responsible for serving more than 13,000 youth and families annually. Throughout all of upper New England more than 68,000 youth and 28,000 adults are actively involved in scouting.
Specifically, the organization seeks to instill responsibility through three specific objectives, commonly referred to as the “Aims of Scouting.” They are character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness.
The Daniel Webster Council McIninch Service Center, located at 571 Holt
Avenue in Manchester, New Hampshire, is the operations center for all of
the Council's activities throughout the year. The McIninch Service Center
The Daniel Webster Council covers nine geographical areas, broken into districts. Abnaki, Arrowwhead, Great Northern, Historic, Massabesic, Mt Monadnock, Nutfield, Sunapee and Wannalancit.
